Background: High-quality oligonucleotides for molecular amplification and detection procedures of diverse target sequences depend on sequence homology. Processing input identifying homogeneous regions in alignments can be carried out by hand only if they are small contain high similarity. Finding the best large inhomogeneous needs to automated. Results: The ConsensusPrime pipeline was developed sort redundant technical interfering data multiple detect most homologous from sequences. It automates prediction optimal consensus primers analytical sequence-based procedures/assays. Conclusion: is a fast easy-to-use predicting that executable local systems without depending external resources web services.
